Trena Mukherjee, MPH

Ms. Mukherjee is a doctoral student in Epidemiology at the Mailman School of Public Health. Her research interests include implementation science, cost effectiveness analysis, and program evaluation, especially as it relates to infectious diseases (HIV/TB) and reproductive health in resource-limited settings. Ms. Mukherjee received her MPH in Epidemiology/Global Health from the Yale School of Public Health in 2015. She was then awarded a Fulbright to Malaysia to evaluate a HCV intervention for people who use drugs, and develop a reproductive health needs assessment for urban refugee populations. She has also worked as a project coordinator for several projects related to HIV/TB prevention among people who use drugs and are involved in the criminal justice system in Malaysia and Ukraine. In her free time, Ms. Mukherjee enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, swimming and hiking.
